Prague - one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, every building  is a work of architectural art. Prague is a one of the biggest European cultural centeres, the venue for many famous events of world importance.
 
Could you  imagine to wake up in the morning and enjoy romantic breakfast in the medieval style  on the Old town square? If not , with us it is possible. Hostel Franz Kafka is located near the Franz Kafka area on the Kaprova Street .
 
You will live near the most popular tourist attractions, shops, restaurants , bars and discos. It should mentioned the Old Town Square (Staroměstské náměstí) with the Astronomical clock, the Jewish Quarter, Charles Bridge, the famous Cuban restaurant and bar La Bodeguita Del Medio, as well as a popular night club Karlovy Lazne (Karlovy Lázně).

Czech Museum of Music

The Czech Museum of Music is located in the former Baroque church of St. Mary Magdalene, built in the 17th Century.

The building has recently undergone a major renovation, to both restore it and to incorporate the museum exhibits.

Czech national treasure – the Czech Crown Jewels

 Exhibion runs from the 19th to 29th April in Old Royal Palace - Vladislav Hall (Stary kralovsky palac - Vladislavsky sal). 

 Every five years, people from around the globe can see one of the most important Czech national treasure – the Czech Crown Jewels. Totally seven important people of the Czech republic are needed to open the doors to the chamber, where they are stored, including the president (currently Vaclav Klaus) and the mayor of Prague (now Pavel Bem). They are one of the symbols of the Czech state, while the kings ruled our country, they wore them during their leadership. They include the St. Wenceslas Crown of Charles the IV with its case and cushion, the orb with its case, the coronation mantle, an ermine stole, belt and maniple.

Learn about the Czech customs at Easter markets

 In order to truly appreciate the atmosphere of the Czech Easter then the traditional markets are not to be missed. The most popular markets in Prague take place at the Old Town Square, Wenceslas Square and Peace Square (Náměstí Míru). The markets will run from March 24 until April 15 and there will be an enjoyable cultural programme accompanying the market at the Old Town Square in particular.
