In our facility we take maximum care of your safety and comfort, but it is necessary that each of our guests respect these rules. Compliance with the rules is checked by our staff, as required by the Ministry of Health instructions, and it is always necessary to obey our staff’s instructions.
According to the instructions of the Ministry of Health, people are exempted from wearing mouth and nose cover outside, as long as there is a distance of 2 m from others. Mouth and nose cover must be used in enclosed spaces, buildings, public transport, and therefore in the common areas of our hostel. If guests from different groups are in dormitory rooms, then the distance between the beds of these groups will always be greater than 2 m. We have temporarily adjusted the number of bookable rooms so that before the situation stabilizes, we can operate in 1 room, 1 toilet rule. The room is disinfected before and after each guest’s departure. Common areas are treated continuously throughout the day.
For security reasons, the shared kitchen is closed for the time being. If we can find a way to make it at least partially accessible, we will inform you.
Disinfection gels and sprays are available on all floors of the hostel.
The receptionist is always protected by a facemask/shield. Upon check-in, they will instruct you on how to behave around the hostel.
We ask all guests to wash or disinfect their hands whenever entering the hostel.
In case of any problem or question, call the telephone number +420 776 790 049. We are available non-stop, but please call at night only in urgent cases.
